“The 2021 Law Firm of the Year: Large award is impressive in many ways, including his work in a number of practice areas, great recognition for his role as an employer, and improving the client experience. The debates were fierce and the results close, but these entries shone and we are happy to recognize them as finalists in 2021. Her approach to measuring success is particularly innovative and she strongly believes in investing in her employees to move the company forward.
